Hope and the Global Common Good: for Catholic Voters – Part 1
Fr Fred Kammer SJ has devoted his life to social justice issues and is the author of Doing Faithjustice: An Introduction to Catholic Social Thought, first published in 1991.
In early May 2022, Fr Peter Smith from the Justice and Peace Office of the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney, and Fr Fred engaged in a great conversation of hope. They covered such vital topics as the importance of the global common good; how to help people form their consciences as they prepare to vote as Catholics; learning from difference; the critical role of young people as we address climate change, confronting racism and the timely issue of Ukraine and just war theory.
